Washington, DC – April 24, 2025 —Tjuanamor successfully hosted a hiring fair aimed at linking District residents with immediate employment opportunities on the New Capital One Arena project. The event, held in collaboration with Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE)and several local workforce partners—including the DC Department of Employment Services United Planning Organization DC Infrastructure Academy Skyland Workforce Center, and Building Bridges Across the River—reinforces Clark’s commitment to both near-term job creation and long-term workforce development in the District.

The fair took place at District E Powered by Ticketmaster, where graduates of local construction readiness training programs engaged directly with hiring representatives for on-the-spot opportunities. Nine trade partners participated, including:
